Got Scammed

I placed the order and made the payment online through my credit card but the delivery guy asked for cash upon arrival and when I told him that the payment is already made then he refused and took the parcel back. I've emailed Austin two times but got no response in return. I'm surely gonna report this to authorities and take this case to where it should be.
