I had to call the company the first day because the brace didn't feel right but the lady who answered the phone assured me that it feels like it's not exactly where it belongs on your foot at first but after wearing it for a while I feel it works well and my foot feels much better. More initial teaching would help.

Excellent brace. Does the job with PTTD, a challenging condition.
