Haven't really tested if it's waterproof but it's good otherwise.
I took off one star as even though I have a deep mattress to pull it tight, it still seems to shift and bunch up a little. I haven't had a misfortune to test it's waterproof capabilities, but I have no reason to doubt it. Fits the description everywhere else and seems like it's high quality materials.

Excellent quality
My wife has Alzheimer's and so far is OK. Got this for her mattress if soiled, and it is really soft and not noticeable.

Great purchase
We purchase a mattress from another competitor and hated it. Returned it within 30 days. Bear mattress is amazing. The mattress and adjustable base arrived super fast. Easy assembly and ask together the price of just the competitors matress
