There no problem with the quality of the holster.But at least for me it was unworkable. It could be that it's just unrealistic to carry a 21 appendix unless you are really big. I have no problems with a 19. (Though that holster is another brand.) I do think however that the complete lack of adjustability contributes to the problem. There is no way to make any changes to make it work for the individual. So while it might be just right for some people I really would prefer to have the ability to make minor adjustments in how the holster sits and rides.
