Package Protection

First holster to arrive did not fit my firearm well. I had to force it in and struggled to get it out. I sent 2 emails but got zero response. The second of the 2 hosters arrived about 6 days later. That one fit perfectly. Same type for the same weapon. Standard draw was as expected and the breakout draw is impressive. I love the holster, but a response would have been appreciated.
