Theres no going back to safariland triple retention after this thing. Every pull is clean and high up on the tang of the pistol. Its a way more aggressive retrieval of your weapon from the hoslster. Once you get it down its a swift one movement down and out due to how the thumb retention is placed. The multiple sizes for the thumb press really lets you customize it to get a high tang grip. Only thing i would change is a wider push pad for your thumb on the smallest replacement piece of the three that come with the holster because I have fat and long fingers. This is by far the best holster ive come across for duty thus far and is way cheaper than safariland with all the stupid options you have to put in to get the holster you want. Get a size bigger than your current Glock so you can play with different models. The optic ready and light ready for all sizes is awesome as well.

Do it.
Two things. 1.) I never write reviews. 2.) I am always the last to change to something new. I've always ran Safariland, for the past 12 years. I have no idea how many thousands of draws in training, but there's been a bunch. Out of 10 draws on the timer and during live fire, 2 of those would always hang up on me, and I'd be a little slower getting off the first shot, due to the holster hang up. A few months ago, I saw a fellow student in the SWAT school I was attending have lightening fast draws out of a holster. (He practiced alot like I did). But his holster was an AG Level 3 rapid force. After seeing a few fellow Deputies carrying them, and doing the research, I bought mine and received it yesterday. This thing is fast. No hang ups. For me there wasn't a learning curve, because the actions to draw were similar enough to the Safariland I had trained with so many times. So, If you're on the fence, do it.

The holster is hands down the best duty holster I've ever used in the 12 years I've been a LEO.
