Quality product that does its job. Lots of people are questioning the need of such product but I feel it’s a must to evenly distribute the grounds prior to Tamping

Device doesn’t seem to work well even with the Pesado EP baskets. Device doesn’t move smoothly (feels like there are grounds in the mechanism), doesn’t unscrew from the top at all meaning I can’t clean it, catches coffee grinds in the screw cutout ejecting grinds everywhere, leaves grinds on the edge of the basket and the paint has already chipped. I am very disappointed with this. It distributes well, but has many downfalls.
