Dragon Kiln Duan Ni Clay "Easy Gaiwan" 160ml

My first gaiwan arrived broken, but customer service was very helpful and responsive and sent me a replacement with my following order. They also sent me recommendations for other tea varieties for said order since I had asked for some. Both orders were very carefully packed and secure, but I think I was just unlucky. The replacement gaiwan is just as beautiful as the first and has a nice weight to it. It's been sturdy and easy to use with one hand. Very happy with it!

Beautiful. I love it. The texture makes it easy to hold when wet. Can’t wait for tea taste to season it.
