Chicken Enchilada Taco Bowl

Delicious and REAL food. Doesn't seem like freeze-dried food, but seems like a great restaurant dinner. This is one of my favorite! So grateful to have Luxefly on our self-support kayak trip of the Grand Canyon. My husband and I felt sorry for the other folks on the trip eating other brands of freeze-dried meals. We tried to not gloat too much!

Honestly one of the best backpacking meals I’ve had, and I’ve had quite a few. The shredded free range chicken rehydrated easily and the cheese was melty and gooey and delicious. I would absolutely eat this again, and again and again.
