I use this nearly every time I brush my teeth.

Teeth whiter

This works well with the toothpaste for whiter teeth. But it is only temporary. Not sure if long term use will help teeth to stay whiter, longer.

Teeth felt better after the first use. Gums stopped bleeding by the 3 use. Great product.
