Works well

I had tried several mouth tapes with my BiPAP machine. This tape has made my sleep so much better. The tape stays on through the night and is easy to remove when I wake. I like the hole in the middle because it allows me to breathe when my sinuses become stuffy.

Too sticky

I enjoyed the mouth tape but at times when I go to take it off it feels like it’s taking the top layer of my skin off. I understand why it’s sticky like it is because we need it to stay on, but seems like there needs to be some adjustment.

Lavendar infused mouth tape

I love this mouth tape so much! I had a mouth guard for sleeping/snoring and had to give it up when I started using invisalign to correct my teeth. This has been a life saver for me in the meantime. It's flexible, smells great like lavendar, and you can fit a straw through the opening if you need water in the middle of the night. It doesn't leave sticky residue on your face in the morning either, would recommend trying this product!
