Galaxy Z Fold 6 Prism 2.0

The product itself, a grip case, like everything I've ever seen from dBrand is of exceptional quality. They really do make some of the best accessories out there. I'm having to deduct a star this time though, cuz nowhere on the store page for this case did they mention that it requires a special screen protector, not the standard one that they sell. Nor does the screen protector store page note that it doesn't work with the grip case. I ended up getting a screen protector that didn't fit, and it took a couple rounds of emails with their support desk to get it cleared up. They did eventually agree to send me the appropriate screen protector for just the shipping charges. This whole thing could have been avoided if they would just put a little asterix note on their store pages letting people know of this issue.

I give it 4 stars because im not able to use the case with this screen Protector it has to be the one made for the case.... but costumer service was very quick and helpful working with me to get me the right item shipped to me
