I have been searching for a pair of booties that were dressy enough for business casual but relaxed enough to go with jeans. These are the ones! They are beautiful, just the right color, height and style. The first pair of TOMS I’ve ever owned!

Terrible design and customer service

I’m writing this review for the Eliza Black Leather boots- for some reason it won’t let me leave a review on that purchase. The heel started coming off the 2nd time I wore these boots. I reached out to customer service sending them multiple emails over the last few months requesting a refund and have heard nothing. They responded to the first email and said they would send me another pair and to confirm size. I emailed back numerous times requesting a refund as I think the design and make is flawed and no one has responded back. I have given them multiple opportunities to make this right. I expected more from Tom’s.
