Looking for 5" sugar maple for my pizza oven, not as easy as I thought. Local place advertised it but doesn't actually carry it. I saw an ad for WoodforChef and went to their site. Well I couldn't find a way to order this size though I saw it mentioned on their website. I asked customer service and quickly they replied that yes they do carry it and made arrangements to get it on my order. Takes about a week or 2 to arrive (NB to Whitby ON) but shipped to my door, no hassle, The wood is almost "dressed" vs split pieces/chunks which is unique for the purpose but will definitely do the job I need. Quite a reasonable price and again amazing customer service.
