Purple Tones Rose Bouquet

Your flowers are great but you delivery service and communication needs addressing. I specifically requested that my order be delivered in the morning and despite emailed updates that it would be delivered between 2:30-3:30 they weren’t delivered until close to 7pm which was too late for the occasion I needed them for that day so basically they went to waste. This is the second time this has happened. This would prohibit me from using your company any longer as I cannot count on a timely delivery

I ordered our flowers on a Monday, expressing the color size and appointment time. I will be there to pick it up on Tuesday. I paid for the bouquet in full and was told it will be ready upon my arrival. Once I arrived, my flowers were not ready.

I love the bouquet and they was so good I’ll definitely buy more and more from them 😍
