Was initially unable to connect. When troubleshooting with customer support was not successful, a replacement was shipped. Again, connection difficulties were present. Customer service agent Ray spent a lengthy amount of time with me to eventually get our cameras connected. Customer support is great. Thank you!

I was super excited to get my new bird feeder. Installation couldn’t have been any simpler. The solar panel keeps the bird feeder well charged throughout the day and last aok evening. The camera quality is great although it does take some time for the camera to load.
