Interesting blend
I’m using a flare 58 this coffee is not as easy as others to dial-in. It takes a little bit finer grind to get to the 36 g out in 30 seconds give or take it also doesn’t like going to nine bars of pressure. This one works really good with a soft pre-infusion at about three bars and then a couple of seconds at five to get it flowing and then at anywhere between six and eight, and that makes the best flavor for me has a little bit of tartness to it, but once I figured it out, it’s actually pretty good

Consistency
Been getting the Dharma regularly for a few years. Consistently great espresso and fantastic as pour over brew as well.
