I usually choose between the same two grind settings for just about every new bag of beans I try, but for some reason this bag just could not go fine enough even at 1. It came out super fast and messy and I wasn’t going to go into the burr to change it just for one bag. I am in a different elevation, so maybe that played a part. It also smelled like somebody handled it on their lunch break when I opened the box :/ Tasted a little stale and a little disappointed that they don’t include a roasting date

A wonderful cup, full of character!
Really appreciating this brew, enjoying it as drip coffee using our Moccamaster machine. It has a bright distinctive profile that distinguishes it from other roasts, Starbucks, etc.. Thanks to Ina Garten for sharing her daily favorite!
