I discovered Shady Lady through a company gift and it's one of the best coffees I've tried in years. When I emailed asking if I could get it on subscription (it wasn't offered on the website), they responded immediately and actually created the subscription option for me within minutes. The personal touch continued with a handwritten note in my order. Customer service gets a 12/10 - genuinely kind and went above and beyond. Finding out they're woman-owned made it even better.
