All-in-One Carrying Case for Steam Machine

Product is great but there was a lot of issues with the shipping company Yanwen where the case gought caught up in customs and I only learned why it was delayed once that had been resolved, none of the tracking numbers had any form of estimate on arrival dates as well as having very few updates, there was no way to actually get in touch with the shipper other than emailing them which they predictably did not respond to. Lastly once the tracking labels finally did update they listed “out for delivery” for three days straight. Again it is a great product but the shipping was a nightmare.
