I don’t even have the product in hand, despite it being 38 days since ordering. It takes support more than a week to respond to any questions, and there was no indication at time of order that there was a back order or delay. For reference, these are the expectations they set on their site: -“For all of our products, we estimate the shipping time to be around 3-7 business days for US orders...” - When will I get my package FAQ -“We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours...” - Support Page, Reach Out to Us form

Horrible customer service. Takes too long to respond to inquiries and took almost two months to ship products. Selling items that are out of stock and emailing customers with a shipping confirmation is super shady. I disputed the charge and magically my items show up on the doorstep. I refused the package, I don’t appreciate the run around and will never be purchasing from Genki again. Save your money and don’t buy from a company that doesn’t respect you as a customer.

I never received the product and sent an email through their website contact and have yet to receive any message from them. Do not buy their products until they have better communication if there is an issue with their orders.
