Product Support Issues
Bought DeerRun Z10 Pro last month as a Mother's Day gift for my wife. It was barely used and mostly just the kids trying how it works and doing quick walk on it. Then in less than 2 weeks suddenly the screen is showing Error code 1. I sent an email to the support group and they responded promptly and after providing all the information they need, i was offered a direct replacement and I felt delighted on how quick they handled my situation. They also asked me to keep the defective unit to reduce the hassle caused by returns. After setting up the replacement unit last night i found irregularities on the unit. The whole unit doesn't look new and not properly secured inside the box as to compare with previous package. The upper screen is not working and has a broken screws underneath. I have already contacted the support team thru email but gotten no response up to now which is unusual compared to how they respond to me the first time. I wasn't planning even from the beginning to write a review about our bad experience with the product because they were so nice from the start how they handled the issue but then suddenly i felt like my situation is being ignored.

I set everything up per instructions but my treadmill doesnt allow me to incline pass 3% or it will randomly cut off on the middle of my 30 minute session, which killed momentum. I would have to restart the machine several times with it allowing me only 2-3 minutes of movement before shutting off again.

Just What I Needed!
It’s more of an upgraded walking pad than a true treadmill. I really like the auto-incline feature, but it’s not a full 12%. I’m used to walking on treadmills at the gym, and I’d say the 12% max incline on the Deer Run treadmill is equivalent to a 4-6% incline on a commercial treadmill. The belt is also fairly short, which is good for me because I’m 5’4”, but my husband is 6’4”, and it’s not long enough for him to comfortably use. Overall, it’s exactly what I was looking for—it’s pink, small, and has an automatic incline feature. However, it’s definitely more like a walking pad than a commercial treadmill. For the price, I think it’s excellent!
