Sub-Woofer wouldn't connect

Very disappointed that after waiting for sometime to receive this sound system the sub-woofer didn't connect. Called Verdi and customer service was very helpful setting up a return. Repackaged as best I could and it's on it's way back. Hopefully the next one works as expected. JBL TBD!
