By far the best bread knife I've ever used. sharp fast, handles like a dream.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship. We own several Chubo knives and all of them are wonderful additions to our kitchen utensil collection. Additionally, its customer service is outstanding. Last year, Fed Ex lost a Chubo knife I was presenting as a gift, and Chubo replaced it without fuss or hassle (or additional cost). Highly recommend this company and their wondeful products.
