As I had read, they delivered the saber with no notification or tracking number. As for the saber, I am genuinely impressed. Read the instructions and test it before getting mad. I love the many different presets. Only gripe is the battery, it is difficult to get out especially the first time with the plastic cover. The battery also has to be seated at such a specific part of the seat it gets a little annoying. It may be user error, but it is difficult to consistently turn the saber on and off using the twisting motion. Other than that, I am so happy to finally have a saber, and NEO Sabers is a genuine company.

I loved almost everything about this saber with the exception of the music programmed onto the saber. Instead of choosing some of the iconic soundtracks from the films there were some very random music on my saber. Being that i am not super tech savvy changing the music will be a but of a pain for me. Also i did not like that the luke skywalker sound font on my luke sywalker lightsaber did not have his correct ignition sound and hum.
