Oh my goodness! First, I have to mention that the customer service is truly amazing. So helpful and quick to reply. Shipping was also timely, don’t expect Amazon Prime level quickness (Amazon has made us all more impatient, a few weeks is really not long), but they are transparent about times and will keep you updated. Second, the product itself—I love the interactive sound, the multiple sound effects that match the blade mode, and the feel of the hilt. It has a nice weight but isn’t bulky or awkward to use. It feels like a quality item. This blade is also durable as I’ve dueled with my brother and it withstood the attacks. It feels great, sounds great, and makes my geek heart so happy. Beautiful hilt for a beautiful price, super well balanced and sleek! I'd recommend this saber to anyone, especially if you're looking to have a nice hilt for a fair price. The Sound is amazing and many of the fonts resonate beautifully throughout the hilt!
