PHANTOM II - The Affordable One

I was sent the wrong item so I emailed them about it. I was informed the color I purchased was out of stock so they just sent that one and could offer a free charm or $20 off my next order. After looking on their site I told them the item says its in stock online, they then told me “after some deep digging I found we have some in stock, if you pay to ship that one back we will send you the right one and reimburse you for the shipping”. So they lied, wanted me to go out of my way for them to make it right, then want me to buy more stuff from them. Icing on the cake, blade looked bad and the lights were terrible. Never again will I use this awful company.

I ordered the black hilt with expedited shipping, it came with the silver hilt. When I asked for it to be corrected the solution offered was a free charm to keep the silver instead. I asked to be given what was ordered. That was over two weeks ago, still haven’t received shipping info for the correct item. When I inquired about it last week I was told to be patient. I do not recommend this company.

When i check out it automatically put express 3-5 day shipping in to cart and there was no way to change it. The package arrives 10 days later. Not including weekends it was 8 days. Product is great though. Happy with it for sure but shipping problem lowered overall rating.
