I wouldn't say it's "ice cold" but it does have a "little chill factor" that "mildly" cools you off. It is helpful "in a pinch" however, the price is inflated at $27 with shipping and I would not recommend believing the advertising that it's going to be your go to relief in Disney World on a blistering hot day. I had higher expectations and would not purchase again. A stellar idea ~ fair product.

These were a waste of money. I had high hopes from reading other reviews but thise mustve been the creators reviews or paid for by the creators
