I like this wave mist spray for refresh mainly on my roots. On my roots, it works like a dry shampoo to cut out oil and sweat and add volume. I’ve noticed if I use on the rest of my hair, especially the tips, it can feel slightly tacky/sticky. If I want to prevent this, I have to add water or a moisturizing product to my hair as well. If I’m in a rush and don’t want to do this, I will skip the rest of my hair and just focus this product on my roots. I’ve had this same issue with wave/salt sprays and it may have to do with the texture of my hair - I have decent texture and my roots are silky, so I think that’s why this works best on my roots. If your hair texture is silky and fine overall, I think this product will work well for your whole head.
