Opal Executive Office Desk - Home Office

The mechanics of the raise/lower appear to be excellent for a home office desk. I am happy with the look of the desk but have yet to use for storage. The front keyboard tray is good to keep the desk clean but limits ability to have other drawer storage. The biggest issue is the lack of a central cable/plug for the actual desk to bring power to monitors/laptop/etc. and I am working on a solution for this. A bulky cable box on the desk to accommodate the raise/lower feature takes up too much space and is only a temporary solution. To note - the riser is removable and leaves no marks on the desk for those that may not be interested in this feature.

It’s absolutely gorgeous!

The quality and color of the wood is very nice. The desk has a significant range of motion for standing. Delivery and communication with customer service both went well. But I am very disappointed with the sintered stone top. The material seems more plastic than stone. I also thought it would have a bit of a shine to it based on the pictures. I wouldn’t have purchased it had I known what the sintered stone top would look like. The cost to return is too high so I will be keeping it.
