Seems to help
I've only been using this for a week and a half, but I think it's helping! I'm not really fond of the taste, so I've been watering it down more. Also tried a splash of tart cherry juice in it and that really made it better. I'll try a different flavor next time.

This is great! I feel the difference when I don’t consume it vs when I do. I would say it’s a bit sweeter than my liking so I don’t use a full scoop and if it wasn’t as sweet I wonder how it would feel in my system. But I love it regardless!

The flavor alone is enough
Oh my gosh, this is the most delicious flavor pack! I love the fruity taste and will be ordering again! As far as the hormone balance I think it helps but I can’t say for sure.
