Questioning the quality of the company

The bed seems to be good quality, and it was packaged well. My concern is that I emailed the company a few weeks ago and never got a response. There are also several typos in their FAQ section which makes me feel like this is not a professional company. It also mentions a warranty, however, I haven’t been able to find any information on any warranty. There are a lot of questions that have gone unanswered about this bed. Hopefully, the company starts doing better, especially considering how expensive the products are.
