The customer service team did a great job in helping me get the item I needed. Have not put it on yet but it looks exactly like I expected to. I have not used it enough to comment on range or speed but have felt it loose power going up a small incline even though it’s battery was fully charged. It hardly made the 30 foot distance but once it made it to flat smooth paved asphalt it picked up speed quickly.
