Great bike, but minor issues

The bike itself works great, but like many others I had issues with the LCD screen. The screen that came with the bike did not work, the second screen turned on, but does not connect to the app. This seems to be an issue that HOVSCO has been having. If this issues were not present this would be a 5 star.

Good beginners bike

Good bike, I did run into two issues but was able to fix, price not bad for everything you get on the bike, I do have a complaint with the sit and the back frame for the child seat, I am short and my behind is literally seating on the frame of it and that's uncomfortable, I hope they figure a way to design the cargo frame seat a bit away from the seat. Overall great bike.

Used by all ages

We use the bike daily for commute, family rides including the kid seat. Enjoy it!
