Great customer service... We submitted our order and received a call back to confirm our order... We received the tracking info within hours and received our package intact.

My Grandson is estatic. My grandson used to ride a small dirt bike and felt like he was always left behind. Now he is the leader of the Pack and his friends want one like the X7. Super cool design, easy to assemble and easy to ride.

The bike is great. My only problem is they added on an additional $48 'foreign transaction' fee on the purchase, and never included or mentioned it in the transaction. When I asked what the fee was when I saw it on my statement, they gave me a run around non answer and blamed my bank. My bank said they do it to avoid credit card fees. Lame that they aren't transparent about this additional fee. The bike is great though....
