I first learned about this on a birding trip, another photographer had one. After doing some more research I decided to make the purchase, and I am happy I did. I haven't been able to put it to the test yet but it will definitely save my shoulders and back. The only issue I have is the cost of additional hubs, they are pricey.

I’m 5’0” and shoot with a Nikon Z8 + 180–600mm, and I love this harness. With a setup this heavy, it really does make a huge difference. It helps distributes the weight really well and takes the strain off my neck and arms. It feels secure while walking around for birding, and I can move pretty freely without worrying about my camera swinging.

This cotton carrier is amazing for carrying hands free a large lens on camera (200-400f4, 300f2.8, 180-600f6.3) at centre chest and smaller lens on camera at waist which either can be quickly unmounted for use
