Liberation!
The cotton carrier is a brilliant idea that works as well as advertised. I can walk with my equipment hands fee. It is as easy to access and use as if it was in my hands. Taking the camera and a second lens, cleaning materials and a bottle of water is a breeze. And, it is all light as a feather.

Game Changer
Took the G3 Harness System for Camera & Binocs for a test run for 4.5 hours. As a parttime wildlife photographer & Scrub Jay monitor it was wonderful not to have the camera secure but close in hand. The weather was warm, but the harness did not impede additional temp changes within my body. I was able to access the camera quickly for those quick shots. Being hands free as a researcher is wonderful! The Binocular part of the harness is not my favorite. I do not trust that it will securely hold my binocs and the attachment seems to be a bit clunky. There has to be a better way to secure the mounting piece on the binocs. If it were more secure...it, too would be a game changer! Maybe ditch the strap and look at an adhesive attachment placement on the binocs. I really use both the camera & Binocs in the work I do and having both hands free would be a win for me. Finally, the actual harness works well...probably better for men than women. As a female the bust, even a small one, does impede the actual comfort. I will work on different set ups in the coming days to see if I can find a more comfortable fit. Perhaps Cotton can work on a model for women? With that said...the current fit is good and sure beats a heavy camera and lens dangling from one's neck. Overall, I give this product a 4.5% as it has met most of my expectations. Would love to review it again in six months after nesting season where it will definitely get a workout!
