Good Product, but instructions only with a QR code

I wanted a harness to hold my camera and heavy long lens and get their weight off my neck. This item is great and does the job it is designed to do. Setting it up and making it fit was not easy since you only provided a QR code for the instructions, and I don't have a smartphone so I couldn't access them. (Not everyone has a smartphone!) I wish you would have provided written instructions. Anyway, I found your videos through your website and they helped. The harness works as designed and took on photography adventures in some amazing locations.

Great product for birding.

I got my Cotton Carrier G3 Harness-1 for use on a birding trip to AZ and after using it for a week I am enamored with the product. It is well designed and built and worked wonderfully all week long allowing immediate access to my camera with a 200mm-600mm f6.3 lens. The elastic hold down for the camera lens was a nice feature too as it kept the lens from bouncing when I was hiking fast to get to my destination. Tweaks I made: 1. Instead of installing the camera mount so the camera needed to be turned 90° to engage and release, I mounted so it was more like 45° allowing a little easier access to the camera. Disclaimer: Not sure this would be a company supported tweak as it may not be as secure as the official 90° installation, but it worked well for me. 2. I swiveled my lens tripod mount 45° to the side which made it easier to grab the camera and release it from the carrier as well as it didn't poke into my chest. 3. I removed my camera strap entirely as it was not necessary with this product (which has its own safety strap) and just got in the way which is also great for me because I use my camera in an underwater housing and have to remove the strap for that as well so now I never need to install the camera strap. This vent is a game changer if you are going to be toting a heavy lens with you all day. You no longer have to hold by hand or have straps dangling. All the weight is upon your body not your neck or hands.
