Great supplement to my sharpening kit.

Supplemented my sharpener so I can treat my Japanese steel knives to a true sharpness.

It's great to get a sharper edge

If you like razor sharp knives, I would say this is an essential addition (together with a strop) to go above and beyond. For most home kitchen purposes, the base discs are enough, but this one takes it to the next level of sharpness.
