Good service from Hone

Very pleased with Hone sharpener but surface on 400 disc quickly delamination. Replaced without question by Hone with added free disc. Videos on using the sharpener do not say how firm the sharpening disc should be applied to knife edge being sharpened. I'm now using less pressure
