Shocked At How Good It Feels

I was using my sauna with a cold shower in between BUT when I put in the ice bath, it's made a massive difference to the quality of the contrast therapy - I'm working hard to reduce inflammation and it's working very well via blood tests and injury recovery. Love the bath size and being able to set the temp etc with the chiller - fantastic.

Really enjoying the benefits

My wife and I are really enjoying the benefits of the tub that we bought. Personally, when I use the tub after a hard workout I feel alive and refreshed and definitely less sore the following day. Embrace the uncomfortable chill. Aren't runners supposed to challenge their mindset?
