I waited over three weeks for my Lola Peach order, only to receive products that were poorly packaged, damaged, and missing seals. The tubes were not inside the packaging, which made the items unusable. When I reached out for support, the company offered me a coupon to buy more products instead of issuing a refund. This is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor customer service. I will never purchase from this company again.

Total waste of money this is fake and I read the return policy they will not let you get a refund regardless if it's open or not they claim it's because of hygiene whatever they scammed me out of almost $60 I can't waste it I'm going to try and see if I can at least use it for makeup maybe with a quality face powder I can make it work for face makeup The brush is very nice!

Be aware. Dont wast your money. This is not the real westmore product and they are false advertising. If you dont like it your stuck with the product. Its a big waste of money and time. I have used westmore beauty which is great. This is not. Its a cheap version from China. Its not the real thing. It also took almost 1.5 months to receive . Very very dissatisfying and disappointed.
