My ByAcre Rollators, I have four, enable me to maintain my ability to remain self sufficient Shopping, traveling, etc. my one complaint is the lack of mechanics who can repair them.

Rollator repair

Completed repair to seat lock of byacre rollator.

Good product. Better service.

The seat locking mechanism lost a nut. Customer service replaced it immediately and gave me a video that explained how to fix it. It wasn’t easy but now it’s back in service and it’s very helpful to my walking regimen. Tom Moss
