Whew, you do offer replacement elastic travel locks! My byACRE did come with two but I lost one somehow and didn’t want to be without a travel lock backup as I take my walker everywhere! Thanks for the quick reply to my order. It was reassuring to see that your level of customer care has remained high even when the order is for less than $20. You are the best! Thanks.

Lock - simple and effective

I'm out and about often, folding my Ultralight to put it in my car. With this simple "lock", the rollator stays closed and is ready to lift and put in the narrow space behind my driver's seat. I love that I don't have to open the back of my Honda CR-V. All of this is enabled by the elastic lock. I have arthritis in my hands, so I als appreciate that this is very simple to put on and take off.

Fortunately the “locks” are relatively inexpensive

These bands do the job holding the sides together when you fold the rollator. However they are easy to lose so one needs to check frequently to be certain you didn’t lose them. When I put the carrier bag on, the bands are on the outside of the little knob to carry the bag and the bands and they then come off easily. I will try putting them on first, then the carrier bag to see if it works better.
