Unwind Latte with Blue Spirulina and Chamomile

Just what I needed

I wanted to wait to review this now using it for over 1 week I can definitely say it works. It calms my mind in the evenings and helps me settle in for the night. I am a terrible sleeper and toss and turn all night and have really broken sleeps and can lay there for hours trying to fall asleep but I am noticing I am not as much and am not waking in the mornings feeling like I haven't slept anymore. It is definitely not sweet and smells sweeter than it tastes. This will definitely be a repurchase

One of my faves! I don’t have to add any sugar and froths well with almond milk. I have this at night when I’d like to relax or in the morning to start the day gently and have been really enjoying it

Such a fun colour for a hot drink!

Very yum, but I found it lacks a bit of flavour - I expected a stronger taste. The colour is gorgeous and makes it feel fun to drink, and is a nice way to relax with a book before bed.
