Golden Hour not only has such wonderful ingredients, it tastes great. My evening ritual that I look forward to every day. It is so relaxing and healthy too. I really love this product.

Tastes great

I like the taste and have it warm with almond milk in the evening. I'm not sure if its helping with sleep though. I will continue to use it for now in the hopes I feel a difference. I can't recommend it yet because of that but it is enjoyable to drink.
