I bought this bike as a surprise for my husband, and he was completely thrilled! I originally purchased the gray bike, but when it arrived, it was actually more of a purple color. I was so happy and relieved that my husband really dug the color anyway! He absolutely loves the look and the tire size. He had never owned an e-bike before, so he is having a blast. It makes going uphill require minimal effort while he gets used to riding it. We mostly use it for tooling around town, and it's been absolutely perfect.

The rear bag is a great addition for hauling drinks and tools!

The hardshell shelf bag has proven to be worth the money time and time again! It’s great for hauling snacks and drinks, and even the little tool set to ensure everything stays tight on our new bikes! Would highly recommend!

Needs to be better water bottle holder.

Worked really well couldn’t keep the water bottle in the holder kept falling out other than that it could use some bottom stiffening apparatus to keep it open so it doesn’t cave in on itself, but pretty decent design and worked well
