French Roast - Dark - 907g

High Quality Coffee

We switched from the medium roast to the French dark roast as it is considered less acidic. We opt for ground coffee, as we would need to buy a type of coffee grinder befitting for the whole beans, plus the cost of the grinder doesn't make sense when compared to the slighly higher price ground coffee and the time spend on grinding it. Both the medium roast and the dark roast taste exactly the same, and the aroma of the coffee is divine once you opened the bag. Being that said, it took a lot of adjustment to get the coffee taste right for us. We have a regular Cuisinart drip coffee machine with a mesh filter, and for us it is 7.5 cups of water (from the coffee machine, not from the carafe) and 6 Cuisinart measuring scoops. Monthly subscription is very easy to manage. Delivery time; however, is inconsistent and one time we got a wrong order, but customer service is top notch and remedy the situation immediately. I gave 4 stars for delivery service, 5 stars for coffee, 5 stars for product transprancy, 5 stars for customer support, and 5 stars for the subscription platform, so overall 5 stars!

Pure and flavorful

Excellent taste, prompt delivery, and competent service. I am attracted to the organic process and purity of the coffee.I have tried different brans over the years and decided that I will stick to this product for awhile .Packaging is also another plus.

Dark Roast

Very robust yet clean and well balanced. I typically use this in a Chemex pour over. Delicious.
