Great coffee

We use an aeropress for our coffee and love the clean, smooth coffee of your Rubicon. We grind either my electric grinder or hand grinder and both are good. Thanks for providing us clean, smooth and not bitter coffee. We drink it just as it is with no add-ins.

It's nice and light from a Chemex but I like it best through my Kalita wave to give it a little more body, I can only find natural filters for my Chemex so it's my go to. I get a nice crema after the bloom with a nice pleasant aroma. The taste is smooth and not overly floral. I'd say it's approachable if you like light roasts but are not looking for super floral flavors. I'm not good at picking out nuances flavors but I get Fig and macadamia. Being certified mold free give peace of mind and goes a long way for me!
