Overall ok but prepare for a leak at outlet fitting

Clarifier seems sturdy and heating element works. The screens instead of traditional solid baffles seem to be working on. Unfortunately the outlet fitting that it comes with is flimsy nylon and it leaks. The bolts are tight but the nylon just bends and allows honey to leak. I emailed them and they offered to sell me a metal one for $30. Overall not a horrible purchase but be prepared to upgrade the fitting.

Love all my Hillco Equipment

As a sideliner, I needed to expand my extracting set up. I went with Hillco’s uncapper along with the Maxx48 spinner, that dumps into your 30 gallon clarifier. Then I attached your honey pump to the bottom connector to my Hillco honey pump which pumps the honey into a 70 heated tank. Man it’s soo much cleaner set up with no buckets until the very end. This set up allows me to process 21 supers an hour from uncapping to extracted.

the unit arrived in good condition and was easy to assemble. powered up and tested it with water. everything is working ok.
